A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal power and mental or physical weakness] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on February 14, 2018 at the Daegu District Court on February 6, 2018, to imprisonment with prison labor for a night building intrusion, larceny, etc., and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on February 14, 2018, and is currently under suspended sentence.

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to his/her own disability, severe disability, or mental disorder.

1.
