A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a “C” restaurant located in Ulsan Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) was a victim D who manages the said restaurant, using the victim D, who concealed an electronic entrance key on the drainage channel outside the entrance, to steal the property in the said restaurant.

1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. A. On August 11, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 08:19, around August 11, 2018, confirmed that the said shop was in the above “C” restaurant, which was managed by the Defendant, and opened an entrance by means of an electronic access key hidden to the water tank and opened the entrance into the restaurant, and intrudes the building against the victim’s will, and then, cut off two-thirds of the KRW 10,000,000, within which the Defendant opened the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor, and stolen it.

B. On August 12, 2018, around 12:12, 2018, the Defendant entered a restaurant in the manner described in the above paragraph (a) and intruded into the building against the victim’s will, and opened a credit cooperative to take over two to three 10,00 won, and cut off the amount equivalent to 40,000 won in a swine storage.

C. On August 15, 2018, around 07:41, 2018, the Defendant entered a restaurant in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and intruded into a structure against the victim’s will, and opened a large-scale credit cooperative to take over two to three 10,00 won, thereby thefting them.

Around August 18, 2018, the Defendant entered a restaurant on August 18, 2018, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and intruded into the building against the victim’s will, and subsequently, was stolen by opening a large-scale imprisonment without prison labor and taking over two to three parts of the KRW 10,000 in the restaurant.

E. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on August 19, 2018, into a restaurant around 12:30 on August 19, 2018, with the same method as the above paragraph (a), and intrudes into a structure contrary to the intent of the victim, and opens a large-scale credit cooperative and is located therein.
