Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion and larceny at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 16, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

From September 2013 to December 2013, the Defendant is an employee from the “D” of the victim’s operation in Nam-gu, Gwangju, as an employee; and continuously, from January 2014 to March 2014, the Defendant worked from the “F” of the victim’s operation in Gwangju Northern-gu, as an employee.

After the end of working hours, the Defendant used any cresh without any way in order to have the victim go back to the above crepit again, and steals cash in this place.

1. At around 01:00 on September 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance and intruded into the entrance using the key previously possessed by the D “D”; and (b) cut off the cash amount of KRW 1.50,000 to the victim’s possession in the Kashter.

2. On October 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance by using the key in the “D” store; (b) went into the entrance; and (c) cut off the cash amount of KRW 300,000,000 owned by the victim in the Kashter.

3. Around 02:00 on February 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance using the key previously possessed by the “F” and intruded into the entrance; and (b) cut off the door by pentfing the pentfs, which were on the pentfs on the pentfs, with the locks attached thereto and the cash equivalent to KRW 1.50,000.

4. On March 9, 2014, around 02:47, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance using the key in the “F” in advance; (b) went into the entrance; and (c) cut off the gate with the locks attached to the lock, and the cash amounting to KRW 500,000,000.
