1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. The grounds for this part of the underlying facts are as stated in Paragraph 1 of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the following changes:

The 3 pages 10-11 of the first instance judgment changing "F" to "M" 10-11 of the same 2 pages 2 of the first instance judgment, and changed to "(based on recognition) Gap 1 through 7, 10, Eul 1, 9, 10, 11 and 15 of the same 3 pages 1 through 7, 10, 10, 11, and 15 of the same 2 pages

(i) Each entry and the purport of the whole pleadings;

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion unilaterally changed the instant truck to the Defendant’s name and reversed the instant contract. As such, the Defendant unilaterally pays to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 48,411,912 paid by the Plaintiff from October 15, 2015 to December 10, 2016 due to the damages arising from the breach of the said contract.

B. The reasoning for this part of the judgment is as stated in Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of Paragraph 2-b, except for the modification and addition as follows.
