[criminal history] On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months with labor for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act at the Suwon Fics Institute (Hicscinor), and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Kics Institute on May 13, 2013.

1. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) the Defendant acquired the said car on the condition that the said car was paid as a substitute for the delinquent payment for the first car on the street from the new elementary school located in the Heungdong-gu Newdong-gu, Young-gu; (b) but did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the automobile without justifiable grounds.

2. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant illegally used air diversed out the number plate of the G App-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed G at the Defendant’s residential location

On February 27, 2016, the Defendant kept D in custody the front number plate of the last passenger vehicle on the grounds of delinquency in payment of administrative fines related to motor vehicles at the police station of the Yeongdeungpo-dong Police Station of Gangseo-gu around February 27, 2016, and attached the G number plate acquired as above to the front of the last passenger vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used the car number plate of air illegally for the purpose of exercising.

3. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was driving a D body-man car with G number plates unlawfully used at approximately 2.5 km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Yong-si, Young-si to the front of the Defendant’s residence in Yong-si, Young-si to the 50-ro, 203, and the 2.5 km road.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a car number plate, which is an illegally used air.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drawing without a license) on the date, time, and place set forth in paragraph 3, while under the influence of alcohol 0.091% of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol at the blood level without obtaining a driver’s license.
