Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for five months and by imprisonment for one year.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

(a) A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

B. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven a D amount-free car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km section from the front of the Samsung semiconductor site in Pyeongtaek-si to the front road in Pyeongtaek-si Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in Pyeongtaek-si E, around 20:20 to around 1km.

On May 16, 2017, at around 20:20 on the front side of Pyeongtaek-si, the Defendant also driven the said car by transfer from a police officer to A, who is a workplace partner, in order to conceal the fact that the driver’s license was revoked and that the unpaid amount of a fine was increased.

The statement has changed and made A feel to make a false confession.

Accordingly, on June 5, 2017, the Defendant was present at the investigation department and office of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi Police Station located in 67 at the center of Pyeongtaek-si around 15:35, on June 5, 2017, and operated the said car around May 16, 2017.

A false statement was made.

As a result, the defendant instigated A to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant A had not driven the said car around May 16, 2017, at the investigation department and office of the Gyeonggi-si Police Station located at the center of Pyeongtaek-si around 67 around June 5, 2017, Defendant A acquired the said car by transfer according to the above B’s teachers, even though he/she had not driven the said car around May 16, 2017.
