A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from March 2005 to June 2005, works for the F Company located in E from March 2006 to the victim G from March 2006; the victim H from June 2016 to the victim H; the victim I from June 2016 to the victim J from June 2016 to the victim J from June 2016 to the foreign worker.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim G;

A. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:00 early December 2015, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of a victim G (n, 38 years of age) on the first floor of the F Company dormitory E in Pakistan, she dumped the victim’s body, she was in a double arms and bridge, she prevented the victim from leaving the body of the victim from leaving the her body, and she forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force by inserting the victim’s her part into the part of the victim.

B. At around 22:00 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed that there was a talk about the said victim’s office room located on the second floor of the F Company’s dormitory; (b) attempted to give kis to the victim; and (c) the victim refused to do so; (d) was placed on the victim’s right bridge by drawing up the victim’s kis; and (e) the victim avoided it on the first floor of the F Company’s dormitory; and (e) committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim’s left side buckbucks, which the victim was seated on the part of the victim’s seat of the F Company, depending on the victim’s escape.

2. At around 13:10 on June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim H by force on ten occasions in total, as shown in the victim H(37 years of age) list in the F Company’s container 1’s “paragraph (a)”; (b) committed indecent act against the victim’s sexual organ by force on September 23, 2016, as shown in the victim list of crimes (1).

3. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim I;

A. On June 9, 2016, around 13:10 on June 13:10, 2016, the Defendant was only the victim’s sexual son who tried to sleep in the room of the victim I (the age of 39) on the first floor of the F Company’s container.
