Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were victims D (n, at the time, 17 years old), victim E (n, 18 years old at that time), victim F (n, 17 years old at that time), victim G (n, 18 years old at that time), victim H (n, 18 years old at that time), victim H (n, 18 years old at that time) and J High School in Seo-gu I in Incheon Metropolitan City (K High School on March 2016), and students attending the fourth year of the third year.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal (violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse) committed at around 13:00 on September 17, 2015 and around 14:00 on the third female toilets of the above high school, in order for the victim G to see the use in the class at around 14:0, the Defendant B entered the same room with the first female toilet in the above female toilet, and Defendant B her hand away from the victim’s inner part before the victim and her chest back the victim’s chest, and Defendant B was her her son off the victim’s chest, and Defendant A was her hand off the victim’s right chest from the latter to the victim.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit an indecent act against the juvenile victim.

2. On November 25, 2015, Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a juvenile, on L on the first floor of L class (09:0 to 12:50) under the above high school, in which the victim would have her hand teared the string on his/her hand, in which the victim reported.

In addition, the Defendant, from the early March 2015 to November 25 of the same year, committed an indecent act by force on the victim D, G, F, and E on 37 occasions as shown in the attached crime sight table 1.

3. Defendant B

A. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by force), from around 10:00 to around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) made the victim G on the first floor of the above high school, with the victim G at his/her own hand, she knee the victim and knee the Defendant kne; and (b) took the victim.
