A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime around 01:12 on July 30, 2020, up to July 30, 2020, at around 01:12, the 1st floor materials storages underground in the construction site of an officetel newly constructed by the victim C, which was managed by the victim C, and the employees, including the victim, removed the storage locks by means of a cresh in which surveillance is neglected, and intrudes into the storage locks. On July 31, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime at around 00:51 on July 31, 2020, by means of: (a) around 00:51 on July 31, 2020; (b) in the same manner as the place described in paragraph (1); (c) 12 lines of HFIX 2.5m wire at the market price of KRW 936,00,000, 12 lines of 300m wire lines of 300m, market price of KRW 562,50,000; and (d) 75m electric wires of FCV in advance, and thereby

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying part of the structure at night and impairing the structure.

3. At around 00:50 on August 9, 2020, the Defendant, in the manner described in paragraph (1) at the place described in paragraph (1) on August 9, 2020, by means of loading 60 meters of electric wires of an amount equivalent to 780,000 won at the market price of HFIX 2.5m electric wires of an amount of 10 meters at the 780,000,000 won at the market price, and 16,000,000 won at the market price, was stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying part of the structure at night and impairing the structure.
