1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On March 13, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the construction of stone construction works among the civil works in the Seocho-si Complex C (excluding value-added tax) and the construction hours from March 13, 2015 to April 10, 2015, and completed the said construction works.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30,000,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate is amended and promulgated on October 1, 2015, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment, the day following the delivery date of a copy of the application for the instant payment order, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
