1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on November 27, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

On April 10, 2006, the Plaintiff, at the Defendant’s request, purchased an automobile listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant automobile”) from the Defendant for KRW 4 million and maintained the registration of ownership in the name of the Defendant once, but the Defendant agreed to transfer the ownership transfer registration in the name of the Plaintiff after two to three months.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the termination of title trust on the date of service of a copy of the instant complaint as to the instant automobile to the Plaintiff.
