1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on December 5, 2018 is limited to the automobile indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Around March 2010, the Defendant indicated the claim in title trust with the Plaintiff on the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”). Although the Defendant agreed not to cause any damage to the Plaintiff at the time of the instant title trust agreement, the penalty arising from the operation of the said motor vehicle caused damage to the Plaintiff, etc., which was imposed on the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff terminated the instant title trust agreement by serving a duplicate of the complaint in question.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure from the Plaintiff on the instant motor vehicle on the ground of the termination of title trust on the date of service of the duplicate of the instant complaint.
