Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2017, the Defendant inserted the card into the automatic cash payment machine installed at a new bank station located in 102, 100,000 won, from the station located in Sungnam-si, Sung-si, Mannam-si, the Defendant shall recover only the card and keep 50,000 won paper 2 out of the card and deduct 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim by using the cres from the outside.

In other words, they stolen them.
