Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant embezzled, at around 19:00, six credit cards owned by the victim D (Woo, 34 years of age) at the front of the subdivision C in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring and returning it to the victim, he/she embezzled it with his/her idea, without following necessary procedures.

2. On November 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business and the Fraudulent Act and the Defendant: (a) presented that he was placed on a bus No. 17 bus at the bus stops and had a legitimate right to use a new credit card owned by the victim’s name, as described in paragraph 1, to pay 1,135 won; (b) on the same day, he was on board the bus after paying 1,135 won; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant presented a new credit card that was acquired as stated in paragraph 1 to the owner of the victim’s name, and received a legitimate right to pay 90,000 won for Maba, 90,000 won from a new bank that was acquired as stated in paragraph 1, and issued a new credit card on the same day to an employee of 12:16,000 won from the date on which he/she acquired the right to pay 1,216,000 won from the former employees.

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving the above victims to receive goods or services equivalent to 117,95 won in total, and acquired them by fraud and used lost credit cards.
