Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants work as infant care teachers at the D Child Care Center located in the petition-gu C at Cheongju-si, and Defendant A is a teacher in charge of ordinary children at the five-year-old group of children and Defendant B was a teacher in charge of children with disabilities at the same half-year-old group of children.

No one shall commit any emotional abuse against a child that may injure his/her mental health and development.

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime committed by the Defendants: (a) around 15:00 on June 18, 2018, from around 15:37 to around 15:37 the same day, Defendant B, in the above D Child Care Center D’s happiness care room, had the victim who was playing with blocks with other originals, sited in before the classroom; (b) Defendant A, around 15:19 on the same day, had the victim gets a congested before the classroom in front of the classroom at around 15:19, to prevent the victim from getting a congested with other originals; and (c) from around that day to July 10, 2018, the victim would not be able to separate the victim from other originals over five occasions, such as the statement No. 1 through No. 5 of the List of Crimes.

As a result, Defendants conspired to commit emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of children.

2. From June 5, 2018 to December 5, 12:51 of the same day, the Defendant separated the above victim from other originals during business classes at the above D Child Care Center D’s happiness home care room from other originals, and made the victim sits behind the mixed students at the same time, and prevented the victim from getting out of other originals. In addition, from around that time to July 6, 2018, the Defendant separated the victim from other originals over eight times, such as the list Nos. 6 to 13 of the crime day table No. 13, thereby preventing the victim from getting out of other originals.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

3. Defendant B is the Defendant on June 6, 2018.
