Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is the mother of the victim D(n, 9 years old) and the defendant A, as the father of the victim, abused the victim from around 2014, and abused the victim by assault and intimidation as follows.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed at the house of the Defendants located near E in 2014, on the ground that the victims do not hear the horses of the Defendants, and the victims do so, Defendant B does not have the ear of the victims and does not hear the horses of the victims, and put them into laund without hearing the horses of the victims.

As a result, Defendants conspired to commit emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of children.

As a result, the defendant assaults the victim at the same time, and at the same time, commits physical abuse that may injure the body of the child or injure the physical health and development of the child, threatens the victim by carrying dangerous articles, and harms the mental health and development of the child.
