Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No gambling shall be conducted using a racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association.

Nevertheless, around June 27, 2012, the Defendant connected the Internet private horse racing site "C" and "D" in the PC, etc. located in the Dongdong-si, Dong-dong, Dong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and deposited the corresponding cyber money by remitting KRW 3 million to the bank account (F) in the name of the E company bank, which is the operation account of the above site, and purchased the right of horse racing at a time that is anticipated to participate in the racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association, and then purchased the right of horse riding in accordance with the result of the racing. If the horse riding was performed after the completion of the racing, 20% of the purchase amount of horse tickets was paid dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate and the horse riding was not carried out, and 300 million won was remitted to 30 billion won or paid dividends to the Korean Racing Association using the name of the E company deposit account from June 21, 2012 to March 29, 2013.
