A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2014, from around 23:50 to April 00:10, 2014, the Defendant heard the horses that take place from the victim B, a worker on duty of the said subway, who was in charge of the said subway station, who was in charge of the said subway station platform, from around 23:50 to April 27, 2014, according to Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu, 107, and sees the victim’s desire.
