A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed any of the following crimes under the state that he/she was unable to discern things or make decisions due to an on-site illness:

1. Around June 11:20, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim B, the Defendant at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Management Office, and without any reason, interfered with the victim B (the age of 51) who is the chief of the flag and management office of the said management office, with the purport that “it is not necessary for apartment residents to take any measures to insult in the management office in a usual breath,” and for about 20 minutes, the Defendant expressed the victim’s voice with the large voice “this breath,” thereby obstructing the victim’s joint-use area management work by force.

2. The crime committed on June 20, 201;

A. On June 20, 2019, the Defendant injured the victim D on June 13:0, 2019, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment E Children’s Park, without any reason, sustained the victim by walking the parts of the victim D (n, 75 years of age) on the floor by walking the parts of the victim D (n, g5 years of age) on the water without any reason, and 5; 6; 5; 6; 6; 4; the victim from walking the parts of the victim’s body due to the defect that the victim intends to occur, thereby causing injury, such as cutting down the right-of-the-way abandonment, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment.

B. The Defendant insultd the victim F with the victim F by openly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim by speaking the victim “Chewingly, Chewing, and the same year,” while complying with D, G, H, etc., on the ground that the victim F refers to the Defendant’s h’s h’ without any reason, such as the foregoing paragraph (a).

3. The crime committed on June 21, 2019.

A. Around June 13:00 on June 21, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the Victim I by using the victim I (n, 70 years of age) in his hand, without any reason, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment E Children Park, with the victim I (n, kn, kn, g0 years of age).

B. The Defendant’s insult against the victim I without any justifiable reason, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
