A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

60,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months as a crime of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in Busan District Court’s branch branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on October 12, 201, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around July 25, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.2 g of psychotropic drugs purchased from D, in front of the agricultural cooperatives near the wedding hall near the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in C, the Defendant purchased and sold 10,000 won of the price to E.

2. On July 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8g of philopon purchased from D in the BMW car in the BMW car, which was parked in F of Busan, from the Defendant’s driver’s license, and purchased and sold it to E.

3. On the same day as described in the above 2nd paragraph, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of a single-use popon injection at the vicinity of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Glut, and injected them into the arms after dilution with water.

4. On the same day as described in the above 2, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of the penphone from E at the front of the Htel in the Gyeongwon-si, Gyeongwon-si, Changwon-si.
