A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a special intimidation in the support of the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 17, 2018.

1. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant presented the FF’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Gyeonggi-do Police Agency, which was held by the e, an employee of the place where e, took a strawet car from “Lita” located on the second floor of the Da Office building C at C, and obtained a stringr from his son, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

As a result, the Defendant forged a copy of the vehicle lease contract in F, a private document on rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if it were a document that duly formed a forged vehicle lease contract, as described in paragraph 2, to E, who is an employee of the “Lenek” who is aware of the forgery.

4. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section where it is impossible to know the distance from the border road near the rental car located in Sinsi-gu, Busan to the navigation beach located in Busan Shipping Daegu to the navigational beach; and (b) around 16:30 on February 22, 2018, the Defendant driven a Dial car without obtaining a driver’s license from the section where the distance cannot be known.
