A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2011, the Defendant revoked a driver's license due to a drinking driving on July 2, 201 and has no driver's license.

On December 2016, the Defendant used another person's driver's license in the street and used a car.

1. On December 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license for a motor vehicle owned by the victim C at a place where it is difficult to know near the mountain of the salary system located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, etc. in the mountain village; and (b) around December

The defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Crimes committed in the course of lending automobiles under C on June 12, 2017;

A. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant, at the office of “E” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, entered “C”, “G”, and “H” in the name column of “motor vehicle lease agreement” in order to rent FK5 motor vehicles, and signed the name of “C”, “G”, and “H” in each lessee’s signature.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the lease contract, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

B. A. The Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph (1) as seen above, exercised the “E” employee I of the “E” who knew of the forgery as if the document was duly formed.

The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the port, agreed to enter into a lease agreement for the said car, was requested by I to present the driver’s license to verify the acquisition process of the driver’s license and the status thereof, and the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, presented C’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Gyeonggi-do National Police Agency, which is an official document acquired, to I, and illegally exercised it

C. The Defendant acquired “C” without a driver’s license with respect to the victim, who is an employee of “E”, at the time and place indicated in the port.
