A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 10:00 on June 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was in the victim CF’s residence located in Ulsan-gu CE, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened an entrance by dividing the cresh of the victim’s work and the entrance door number known to other usual cresh; and (c) intruded into the ward; and (d) took one of the cash flicks owned by the victim with approximately 520,000 won in cash located in the clothes at that place, and stolen them.
2. On June 8, 2014, around 00:30 on June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door by dividing the entrance number known to the victim’s residence; (b) intruded into the living room; and (c) cut off the entrance by using one color tag containing 160,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) one bank check card; (d) one copy of a real estate contract; and (e) one copy of a resident registration certificate.
3. Larceny;
A. On June 8, 2014, around 01:09, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 1,000,000, which is one bank owned by one bank, from the second installment of the Central Saemaul Depository, 59 (TF-owned CF-owned CF-owned CF-owned CF-related card, such as the statement in paragraph 2, and then entered a password into an automatic payment machine, and stolen it.
