1. Around 13:00 on January 14, 2020, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 1400,000,000, including one set of 1,40,000,000, 1,000,000,000 won in the market price, which was the victim’s crepan, using the crepan, the victim’s crepane card, the victim’s crepane card, and one set of 1,00,000,000,000 won in the market price, and 1,000,000,000,000 won in the market price.
2. On January 14, 2020, from around 13:06 to 13:09, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim L at the K convenience store located in Daegu Suwon-gu J, and then withdrawn and stolen KRW 900,000 in cash over three times against the victim’s will by inserting the stolen H’s cream card, such as paragraph (1); and (b) inputting the password known in advance.
Around December 6, 2019, the Defendant, “20 Godan1098,” written a statement with the content that “the victim N sells Aphone 11 prophones by accessing the Internet M website at the PC room located in Busan, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would contact the victim to purchase the said goods with the victim for a purchase of KRW 1.4 million.
However, even if the defendant received the above goods from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price for the goods to the victim.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, acquired property from the victim with one cell phone of 1,400,000 won at the market price on the same day from the victim, through the consignment service at the Busan bus terminal.
At around 23:50 on May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered walletss attached to the seat seat seat seat seat seat 5 in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; (b) cut off cash of KRW 100,000,000, including one KRW 50,000,000 in cash, and five KRW 10,000,000 in cash.
The Defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service.
