Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On May 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for intrusion in Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, or for larceny on June 26, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year of suspended sentence for 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court’s Seoul Western District Court on January 20, 201, and 2 years of suspended sentence for 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on January 8, 2004.

1. Habitual theft;
A. On December 25, 2014, at around 16:19, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and the first floor “H” general restaurant, stolen the Defendant’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim I, who was an employee of the said restaurant, with one copy of the health certificate, one health certificate, one bank physical card, one credit card per single bank, and one copy of the credit card of the single bank.
B. At around 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to call the above I to the public telephone in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul J building, and confirmed the password from the above I to renew the identification number because the expiration date of the health certificate arrives, and then withdrawn in cash the sum of KRW 3,950,000 on four occasions in total at the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim bank at the center of the Young-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 16:39 on the same day.
As above, the Defendant habitually steals a wall containing another person’s credit card, and withdraws cash from a cash withdrawal machine using the stolen credit card, as well as withdrawing cash from May 2, 2014 to April 6, 2015, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) totaling 22 times during the period from May 2 to April 6, 2015.
