A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On May 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) released the cash from the cash payment season No. 42, located within 130, Dongcheon Agricultural Cooperative Group located within the Chuncheon Metropolitan City 14:39 on May 24, 2014; and (b) stolen the cash amount of KRW 80,000,000, which was withdrawn from the temporarily locked area.

B. From January 2015, the Defendant became aware that the victim was in custody of KRW 10,00,000 monthly rent deposit in the national bank account (F) in the name of the victim on April 25, 2015 while he/she had been living together in the family of the victim E in Chuncheon-si D and fourth instances.

On May 11, 2015, the Defendant discovered Samsung electronic opgal lusium 5,00,000 won connected to the above national bank account, which was posted at the victim’s house located in the ward at 06:00, the Defendant 10,000 won, with the above galgal lusium lusium 5,00,000 won and the cell bank clusium 5,00 won, which was kept in the national bank account.

C. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant withdrawn a total of KRW 2,00,000,000 in cash on two occasions by inserting the cke card of a national bank, which was stolen, and inputting the passwords known to the general public, as described in the foregoing paragraph (b), at the time of cash payment in the following office post office, at 354, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and stolen the property managed by the victim post office.

On May 11, 2015, the Defendant withdrawn 300,000 won in cash from the cash payment season at H convenience stores located in Chuncheon-si, G in the same manner as the above paragraph (c) and stolen the property managed by the winners of the victim’s name.

E. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 3,500,000 in cash from the cash payment machine for the Chuncheon branch, Chuncheon-ro 181, Chuncheon-ro 180,000, each five times in total, from the cash payment machine for the Chuncheon branch; and (b) stolen the property managed by the said branch office for the victim.

2. The Defendant who violated the Fraudulent Act or the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall be on May 11, 2015: 07:29.
