A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 869"

1. On December 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered a construction site of the D Building managed by the Victim C located in Silung-si on December 28, 2018; and (b) was stolen in such a way that it would bring about a theft by having prepared 10,000 won of the cable cable totaling 10,000 won in advance at the market price of E owned by E, a stock company, which was installed on the second floor in Silung-si.

2. The Defendant committed the crime on December 31, 2018, in the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), around December 31, 2018, stolen the volume of 20,000 won electric wires, which is equivalent to 100,000 won at the market price, owned by E, a stock company with the first floor above, by the said method.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the cable and contact cable at a total of 2,50,000 won in the market price owned by the victim over twice in total.

"2019 Highest 1078"

1. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence into the said gate to detect the existence of scrap metal in the victim G located in the Sinsti CityF on February 16, 2019, and to steals scrap metal.

2. The Defendant infringed upon the Victim G house at the time and place described in paragraph (1) as above, and stolen the victim’s market value at KRW 100,000, which was kept in custody at the said house with 3 km.

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 1503,” invaded with Mail-ro through an unresh gate, which was not corrected, when the victim’s residence was located in F at Sinung-si around 20:11, 201. On the other hand, the Defendant, at around 20:5,00, stored recycled wastes worth KRW 75,000, total market value of KRW 25,00,000, which was collected from the right side of the 1st floor, into the shopping bags, which was stolen by preparing in advance the 5kg of electric wires, market value of KRW 5,00,00.
