A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On July 19, 2015, at around 23:53, the Defendant entered a simplified warehouse located adjacent to the residence of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D victim C with approximately 400,000,000 electric wires of approximately 10,000,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, and stolen them by putting them out of pents.

B. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 100,00,00,00 of electric wires owned by the victim in the same manner at the same place as above, at around 22:08.

around 02:04 on July 24, 2015, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 10,000 electric wires equivalent to the market price of KRW 400,00,00, at the same place as above.

(d)

around 04:03 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 10,000,00, at the same place as above, the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant.

2. From August 3, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 01:40 on August 3, 2015, the victim N, parked in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City MM parking lot, was 92,00 won in the market value, which is the victim’s possession, and 70 meters in electric wires, and 40,000 won in the market value, which are 50,000,000 won in 25 meters in wire; (b) but was discovered by the victim and attempted to commit the theft.

3. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) around 02:30 on or around August 4, 2015, at places indicated in paragraph (1) at around 02:30, as indicated in paragraph (1), attempted to steal approximately 10km of electric wires equivalent to KRW 400,000 at the market price owned by the victim; and (b) at the wind with an emergency bell at the market price.
