Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-crimeed Defendant B worked as the head of the contractual post of G Co., Ltd. with a subcontract for the installation of cable cables from a private construction company in the F construction site located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. Defendant B, as Defendant A’s punishment, served as a contractual employee of G Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly cut off approximately 1 ton of waste cables in the construction area of G Co., Ltd. on July 2015, at around 18:20, when the employees loaded an end-of-life cable straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw straw at the construction site where the surveillance identified in advance by the Defendant A while driving the said vehicle at the construction site where the surveillance identified in advance by the Defendant B was neglected, and cut off one waste cable 1 ton of the market price of the victim at least 3 million won, as in the list of crimes in the attached Form (1) at least four times on December 18:20, 2015.
2. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) transported approximately one ton of waste cables owned by the victim H Co., Ltd. at around 1, 2015, which he stolen from A, at around 18:20, at the request of the Defendant, who was aware of the fact that the waste cables are stolen; and (b) knowingly, even after being aware of the fact that the waste cables are stolen, the Defendant was driven by the 1 ton of waste cables, and transported the waste cables to “M” in the L at the port of distribution.
