1. Larceny;

A. On August 18, 2017, around 10:40 on August 18, 2017, the Defendant posted a C’s cash card that was held in front of the Victim Nonghyup Bank ATM period, which was set up in front of the 2nd 101-ro 101, a 100,000,000 won of the deposit from the Saemaul Bank account of C.

B. On September 4, 2017, around 12:13, 2017, the Defendant entered a passbook in the name of the husband who died of the said C out of the victim Nonghyup at the same place as the above ATM, and withdrawn KRW 500,000 from the account under the husband’s name and stolen the said deposit from the Nonghyup Bank account under the husband’s name.

2. Violence;

A. On August 2017, the Defendant stated that “A victim C (M, 59 years of age) return to her money,” at the mother of the beach near the Busan Shipping Daegu Shipping Daegu Maritime Organization, and that “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

“In doing so, the victim’s fluent drinking was assaulted once and once on the left side of the fluent drinking.”

B. In around 18:00 on September 3, 2017, the Defendant told the victim C to “the return of money brought to the victim.......” The Defendant did not pay the money to the victim for Chewing.”

“In doing so, the victim’s body faced with the wall by pushing the victim’s body by hand, and assaulted.

3. Confinement; and

A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2(1)(a), detained the victim in the above telecom until the end of the period where the victim’s assaulted the Defendant, such as: (a) a defect that the victim C attempted to leave the Defendant’s assault from the telecom; and (b) the victim’s breath with her hand, caused the victim’s flapsing.

B. The Defendant: (a) temporarily and at the same time and place as paragraph (2) 2(b); (b) the victim’s assaulted by the Defendant was about to take the Defendant’s assault from the victimized telecom; and (b) the victim’s bomb was unable to take the Defendant’s bomb by hand, etc. by not later than 09:00 on the following day.
