Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On August 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on December 11, 2015.
[Criminal Facts]
1. On January 16, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) was in a D church located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, on January 16, 2016; (b) went into the office of a local child center located in the second floor through the back door of the first floor of the building that was not corrected; and (c) was cut with one head of the Daegu Bank (Account Number F) through which the victim E-owned and one seal was removed.
2. Around January 16, 2016, the Defendant stolen 400,000 won (40,000 won) in cash managed by the Daegu Bank of Korea, which was 400,000 won in cash managed by the victim, using the passbook that was stolen as stated in the above paragraph (1) from the Daegu Bank’s sexual branch office ATM equipment located in 1276, as the 1276, as of January 16, 2016, and the password stated on the back of the above passbook.
3. On January 17, 2016, around 11:34, 2016, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 400,000 from the account in the same manner as the foregoing 2, from the Daegu Bank Multilateral Equipment in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, Daegu-si, 879; and (b) stolen KRW 400,000,000 in cash administered by the victim Daegu Bank.
4. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around February 1, 2016, at night, stolen structures; (b) on February 1, 2016, at H hospital 8, located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (c) opened a gate that was not corrected; and (d) went into the accommodation room of the said hospital; and (b) cut off with one head of the Daegu-gu bank (Account number J) holding the victim I, who was in custody of the said hospital, at that location.
5. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:04, on February 2, 2016, at the Daegu Bank located in 27, Seogu-gu, Daegu District; and (b) the head of the Tong and the head of the Tong and the head of the Tong, as described in the foregoing paragraph 4, who stolen at the Daegu District Court and the ATM devices at the GTM branch.
