A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on January 2, 2018, and the above sentence became final and conclusive on January 2, 2018.

1. A crime committed on May 30, 2015;

A. A thief 1) On May 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the Victim N, a customer, was under influence of alcohol on May 30, 2015, around 03:20, on May 5, 2015, around 506, the Defendant: (b) stolen the Defendant with a bank that included the victim’s wall, cash, 70,000 won, cream card, modern card, identification card, etc.

2) On May 30, 2015, from around 03:34 to around 03:37, the Defendant: (a) at a new post office located 16-1, Gi-ro 58, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, Gi-gu, ATM, which is managed by the victim’s post office; (b) entered the N-N bank body card, and then withdrawn the cash of KRW 400,000,000,000, in four times, after entering the password of the above body card, which was known to the victim’s new post office, as in paragraph 1-A (a).

3) The Defendant, from around 03:39 to 03:43 on the same day, removed and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 1.5 million in total five times in the amount of KRW 300,000,000, using N’s bank body cream card, which was stolen as above, at the P convenience store located in Geung-gu, Geung-gu, Young-si (O) and management of the victim’s new force.

B. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Act on thief and credit finance business: (a) included a stolen N’s modern card in the ATM flag that installs and manages the victim’s new efficacy; (b) took a theft of KRW 1.2 million on three occasions; and (c) used a stolen credit card.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in larceny and credit finance on September 8, 2016.

A. The Defendant, while working for R in Ulsan Nam-gu Q, notified of his modern card and passwords and expressed his request for withdrawal of cash in order to steal cash by using a defect, and U.S. in Ulsan-gu T on September 8, 2016.
