A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 21, 2019, around 23:15, 2019, the Defendant opened an entrance and intruded into the entrance with a password already known in front of the “D cafeteria” operated by the victim C of the first floor of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City building B, Sungwon-si, and then down one copy of the certificate owned by the victim and one copy of the attachment decision.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen two copies of documents owned by the victim.

[2] On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) made a mix 1888 square meters in the column of the lessor’s address at the “D restaurant” located on the first floor of Changwon-gu, Changwon-si; (b) “F” in the column of the resident registration number; (c) “G” in the column of the phone; and (d) made a mix of the site of the real estate lease agreement printed on the name column as “H” in the column of the object column using a mix; and (b) made it in the column of the object column using the mix of g2.7271 square meters in the column of the exclusive use area; (c) “lur million won (7,00,000); and (d) made it in the column of the down payment; and (d) made the name and address of the lessor, “F” in the name and address of the lessor, and the name and address of the lessor “H” in the column of the Gu.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations.
