A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 4,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

【2020 High Doz. 1546】

1. On September 16, 2019, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) in the B Co., Ltd. located in Ansan-si around September 16, 2019; (b) written a labor contract in the name of pro-friendly C in order to become an employee of delivery; and (c) written “D” and “C” in the name column of the employee’s life, using a black pen to display the document in the form of the labor contract; and (d) signed the document following the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the labor contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) and at the same time, delivered one copy of the labor contract in the name of C, which was forged as set forth in paragraph (1), to the employees of the named B Co., Ltd. who are not aware of the fact, as if they were the document duly formed.

1. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant forged a private document and the instant investigation document: (a) around 16, 324, the Gyeonggi Gun Police Station E-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi Gun Police Agency, around 20:40, the Defendant appeared in relation to the investigation of traffic accidents and prepared the “written statement of traffic accident occurrence”; and (b) took place as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s pro-Japanese, the Defendant’s act in order not to raise the fact that the traffic accident occurred; and (c) using the black pen, the Defendant written “C”, “F”, “F”, and “C” on the Defendant’s sexual name column; and (d) submitted C’s signature next to the statement, despite being aware of the forgery, as if the E investigator G was genuinely formed the “written statement of traffic accident occurrence” as above.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged and exercised “A statement of traffic accident situation” in the name of C, which is a private document to prove facts without authority.

2. Counterfeiting the private signature and signing of the above investigation is the Defendant’s mobile information terminal (PDA) for traffic control presented by G at the date and place specified in paragraph 1, and at the location of E investigator G.
