Defendant

A, C, and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months.

However, the period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2018, the Defendants: (a) around the end of 2018, Defendant A, through the introduction of Defendant B at the G coffee shop located in the Hanam-gun, proposed that the victim be provided a security; (b) Defendant A, who forged a real estate lease agreement with the content of “the lessor I, lessee A, and deposit 20 million won” would be able to provide a security for the lease deposit specified in the above contract; and (c) Defendant D conspired to take part in the above crime by deceiving the victim as if Defendant A would be able to provide a security for the lease deposit specified in the above contract; and (d) Defendant D, upon receiving a telephone from the victim, provided its contact address with the lessor’s contact address; and (e) provided a lessor’s spouse as the lessor’s spouse under the above contract.

According to the above public offering, around 13:00 on February 11, 2018, the Defendants used a pen-type to view the real estate lease agreement form purchased at K located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun at the above G coffee shop. Defendant C presented the following: (a) “this0 million won set”; (b) “O 2-story in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, South-gu, N2-story; (c) resident registration number column; and (d) “O” and “O” and the telephone number column of the lessor; and (d) the name column of the Defendant D’s cell phone number “I” and “I” were written to the victim at his own discretion without I’s consent; and (c) Defendant A presented the following: (d) the lessee’s name of the lessor at his/her address “MU-Gun,” and affixed his/her name and seal on the leased house page No. 1; and (e) the name and seal of the lessor at his/her name “I” and “I” column.
