Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The seized white paper is presumed to be marijuana contained in the seized white paper.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a handler of narcotics of the 2017 Highest 3250 Act, may sell, administer, give or receive, possess, or receive or possess marijuana, which is a local mental medicine (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), and no person shall smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics.

1. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 0.2g of philopon to E at the “Del” parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; and (b) purchased and sold philopon by receiving vehicle fuel equivalent to KRW 100,000 from E in return, and (c) handled philopon eight times in total from around that time to June 20, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On June 19, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant received marijuana by receiving approximately 2.12g of marijuana from H on the vehicle operated by H parked on the street in front of the “G cafeteria” located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

B. On June 19, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the part of the tobacco openings removed from the front parking lot of Incheon Nam-gu I 104, by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana and inserting fire, and then smoking in a manner of inhaleing the smoke.

On June 20, 2017, the Defendant possessed marijuana by putting approximately 1.92g of marijuana in a plastic container at around 23:10, the Defendant’s residence of the said I 104 Dong 2001, and keeping approximately 1.92g of marijuana in the cell decoration.

A person who is not a handler of narcotics of the 2017 Highest 3323th class, or a person who is not a handler of narcotics, shall not receive or administer merphographs (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as "philophones"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a person who handles narcotics.

On May 24, 2017, around 19:30 on May 24, 2017, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.1g of philopon to J in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I 104 Dong, and received philopon.

A person other than a person handling narcotics of "2017 Highest 4778".
