A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon method and completed the execution of the sentence on March 28, 2016 at the previous prison on March 28, 2016.

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall administer, trade, or deliver or possess marijuana, Meptopa (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and no person shall smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a person who handles narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. (1) On April 11, 2017, the Defendant injected philophones into a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.2g philophones in a garden cultivated by the Defendant in Dongducheon-si, Dongducheon-si, and dilution with water, and administered philophones into the Defendant’s arms.

2) On July 15, 2017, the Defendant administered 0.2 g of phiphonephones in the same manner and in each of the same place as paragraph (1) at around 15:00 and around 14:00 on July 29, 2017.

3) On August 27, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones at the same place as in paragraph (1) at the same time and at the same time.

B. On May 18, 2017, the Defendant issued approximately 0.22 g of philopon to E on the street in the “Dongducheon-si D Market” on May 18, 2017, and purchased and sold philopon with payment of KRW 90,000 from that person.

2) On August 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 700,000 from F to F to request writingphones; (b) promised to contact G to purchase writingphones; and (c) remitted KRW 700,000,000 to G; (c) around the same day, G purchased writingphones by means of receiving parcels containing approximately 1.8g of the logphones sent from I located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H to bus line; and (d) sold 1.5g (1.5g (1.5g) of the logphones purchased from K, located in Dongducheon-siJ in the following day by delivering it to the above F.
