Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

1,296,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 22, 2015.

"2017 Highest 2717"

1. No person other than a person dealing with narcotics in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., shall sell, administer, or possess Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics.

On February 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, the 100,000 won was paid from D inside the vehicle operated by the Defendant, and delivered approximately 0.2g of philopon to sell philopon; and (b) handled philopon five times in total from around that time to June 12, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant was driving a e-M 7 car at the section of approximately 12 km from the road surface near the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station located in 668, Nam-dong, Incheon, Incheon, to the road surface 15, a e-M car without a motor vehicle driver’s license.

No person of "2017 Highest 5010" shall smoke marijuana, and no person, other than a handler of narcotics, may receive or deliver Mept clophophones (one philopphone, hereinafter referred to as "philopon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 25, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) attached a cigarette paper No. 0. 0.1g of marijuana F lending 203, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu; and (b) smokeed in a manner that inhales the smoke.

B. On June 7, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant puts a horse at the guest room “H hotel” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G, about 0.1g of marijuana at the guest room No. 715, and inhales the smoke.
