A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on the grounds of the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on November 27, 2014.

No person, other than a handler of narcotics of 2016 Highest 837, may receive, administer, or receive marijuana, the Meptopa (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant remitted KRW 300,000 from D in Chuncheon City, around 18:05 to E as the purchase price for phiphones, and received approximately 0.7 g g lophones, which was obtained from E in the street near the G telephone located in Chuncheon City F, around 01:0 on October 9, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

No person other than the handler of narcotics of 2017 Highest 401 shall receive, administer, or deliver marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On February 23, 2017, at around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) received one philophone from J in the interior room of “Icom” located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si; and (b) received one philophone from J without compensation.

B. On February 23, 2017, around 04:50, the Defendant: (a) inserted 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection machine from 201 to 0.1g of philopon; and (b) injected the Defendant’s arms into the Defendant’s blood cells and administered philopon.

On March 11, 2017, around 16:00, the Defendant administered opphones by hanging 0.1g of opphones on the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the street in the front of the “L convenience store” located in Chuncheon-si.
