Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:00 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a 200,000,000 knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

2. At around 05:10 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased tobacco at the G convenience store operated by the victim F of the first floor of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant offered sales slips to the victim, and (b) signed on the signature column and used the stolen debit card; and (c) received 1 sheet of ready tobacco amounting to 45,000 won at the market price from the victim; (b) obtained tobacco amounting to 223,100 won in total from the victims.

3. On March 22, 2020, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at around 05:48, the first floor of the H building underground in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, the Defendant presented the victim’s name miscontest card, as if he had been duly entitled to use the Defendant’s bank’s physical control card, and attempted to obtain the stolen national bank’s physical control card, as seen above, and attempted to obtain the Defendant’s license by receiving alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 120,000 at the market price, and reported the loss of D, and did not have the intent of refusing the approval of the card.
