The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. Athie, around 12:10 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a copy of the NABC Card, where the victim E calculated the weak value and damaged the de facto waterway; and (b) the Defendant stolen it with a copy of the NAC Card.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building G, and offered sales slips to the victim H as if he/she was his/her card, such as paragraph (1), and then received one punishment amounting to 59,900 won of the market price from the victim after submitting sales slips, and acquired them by deceiving the victim of the stolen credit card.

B. On February 24, 2015, at around 11:18, the Defendant purchased goods from “I” located in the Incheon Central Airport, which is located in the Incheon Central Airport, 272 Incheon Central Airport, as stated in paragraph (1), offered sales slips to the victim J as if he/she was his/her card, and issued sales slips, and then acquired one half-pact 1 equivalent to the market price of KRW 39,000 from the victim, and used stolen credit cards.

C. On February 24, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant purchased goods within the Chinese air carrier with the large nationality only from the Chinese air carrier at the Incheon National Port, and issued sales slips as if he was his card, and then issued and submitted sales slips to E, which was stolen, as in paragraph (1), and then acquired one of the Chinese air carriers in the amount of USD 6,077 (212,451) from the victim’s name, and acquired it by fraud, and used stolen credit cards.
