1. On June 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:25, Jun. 8, 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened a delivery note of the Oraltoba in front B in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (c) stolen a copy of the 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim D; and (d) the Kakao Bank’s physical card.
2. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0 on July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (b) took a delivery note of the Ortotop, where the number plate managed by the victim E cannot be identified; (c) cut off the Defendant’s wall containing KRW 20,00,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 30,000, and KRW 1,000, KRW 30,000, and KRW 73,000.
3. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant, at around 03:31, July 6, 2019, purchased tobacco from “G convenience store” in the operation of the victim’s nameless box in Bupyeong-si, Busan, the Defendant purchased the tobacco from “G convenience store”. As described in paragraph (2), the Defendant, as if he had legitimate right to use the “agricultural Cze Card” owned by the stolen E, as indicated in paragraph (2), used the stolen physical check and presented it, and the Defendant was issued a tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500 at the market price by the victim.

On July 7, 2019, the Defendant, at around 05:22, purchased tobacco from “I convenience store” in the operation of the victim’s name and defective boxes in Busan-si, Busan-si, as described in paragraph (2), used the stolen e-mail card as if it had a legitimate right to use, and presented it. The Defendant was issued a tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500,000 at the market price by the victim.
