A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 8 and 9 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for larceny in Sungnam support, which was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 won for larceny on July 30, 2009. On December 4, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 3, 2011, who was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for larceny at the Seoul East East Eastern District Court on January 26, 201, who was sentenced to a fine of 200,000 won for larceny from Sungnam support on May 19, 2016, who was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for larceny from the Central District Court on July 27, 2017, who was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a fine of 1.7 million won on May 27, 2017.

Criminal facts

1. On December 23, 2017, from around 15:30 to around 16:00, the Defendant committed theft with the victim D’s “E” shopping mall 3rd floor “F” store operated by the victim D in Hanam-si, Hanam-si, with the victim’s small punched block price of KRW 7,800.

2. On December 23, 2017, at around 15:39, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with the market value equivalent to KRW 360,00,00 in the first floor of the shopping mall 1st “H” product store operated by the Victim G.

3. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the “I” store located in the E 1st floor located in Chungcheongnam-si, Namnam-si on January 10, 2018; and (b) at the display stand, the Defendant stolen 1 T.T. 89,000 of the victim J owned by the Defendant, which was displayed in the display stand, by inserting it into the Defendant’s external input.

4. On January 12, 2018, from around 12:37 to 12:55, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with the sum of the market price of KRW 70,960, such as (889g) 1 factoring in the U.S. air conditioners (889g), 1 factoring in the instant air conditioners (889g); and (b) 1 factoring in the instant air condition, operated by the Victim K from around 12:37 to around 12:5, 201.
