A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment at the Incheon District Court for fraud, and on July 22, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Around March 2016, the Defendant forged official document: (a) requested the Defendant to create a forged resident registration certificate to create a forged resident registration certificate to E, who is a driver of the Defendant, by using the Defendant’s letter D’s personal information in the mutual influent coffee shop in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) instructed the Defendant to create a forged resident registration certificate.

According to the Defendant’s instruction, E shall collect from D the Defendant’s resident registration certificate and shall pay KRW 1,30,000 per head of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City’s head of the issuer column to the broker, and by providing the Defendant’s face pictures and D’s personal information through e-mail, and make the Defendant’s photograph printed on the Acryle board of the same size as the resident registration certificate and then receive the Defendant’s photograph printed on the Acryle board of the same size as that of the resident registration certificate, and issued the Defendant’s photograph in the Pcryle column, “F,” and “F,” and “F,” on August 222, 2014,” and “F, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City’s head of the issuer column,” and then made two copies of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate by printing the official seal of the head of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City head of the Gu around March 5, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and D, committed the above two types of resident registration certificates of D in the name of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, a public document for the purpose of uttering.

2. Exercising forged official documents;

A. On May 4, 2016, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) issued a right to board flights at the Jeju International Airport 2 as an airport in Jeju, Jeju, with the right to board flights; (b) presented the forged resident registration certificate to the name-oriented airport staff who knew of such forgery as if he were issued a true resident registration certificate; and (c) exercised it.

B. The Defendant may know the forgery at the same time and at the same place.
