[Criminal facts] The Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle to F, which is not covered by mandatory insurance, on the road.

1. On May 20, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance with respect to a road near H located in Suwon-si G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. On September 5, 2012, the Defendant operated the said passenger car without mandatory insurance with a road front of Samsung Elementary School, which was located one unit of Samsung High School at Ansan-si around 12:50 at Ansan-si.

3. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant operated the said passenger car without mandatory insurance with the J hotel front of the J hotel in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

4. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance on a three-way-distance road located in the Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.

5. On November 2, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance, with the roads prior to the National Health Insurance Corporation, which are located in the Suwon-si transferdong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

6. On November 29, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance with respect to the roads adjacent to the water station located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
