Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of acquiring stolen goods, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 5, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a holder of BD's car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at least seven times in total as follows.

1. On July 14, 201, at around 23:21, around 128km-dong Highway (U.S.) operated on the main hill-dong Highway (U.S.).

2. On August 6, 201, around 04:15, the road was operated in front of the gas station located in Daegu Northern-gu C.

3. On November 17, 201, around 03:49, around 03:49, the Defendant operated the road on the road prior to the central inspection station located in the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu.

4. On November 22, 2011, around 18:59, the light-line highway 380.9km (Seoul) from the 380.9km to the front road of the light apartment located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

5. Around January 14, 2012, at around 05:08, a drawing IIC (within a week 4) located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Drawing-dong 398-4.

6. On January 27, 2012, around 03:01, it was operated on the road of the Seoul Suwon-gu Mangyeong-gu (Seoul Suwon-gu).

7. On March 3, 2012, around 03:51 around Suwon-si, Suwon-si operated on a water-related industrial road (man) located in North Korea-dong, Suwon-si.
