Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

【2016 High 1911 【The Defendant is a person who owns B sm518 passenger cars and C Costaex.

1. Any person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall, upon receipt of a registered motor vehicle from the Mayor/Do Governor, file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On December 9, 2014, even if a passenger took over the said B Sm518 car on December 9, 2014, he/she did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

B. On December 18, 2013, even if the Plaintiff acquired the said C Star Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On March 24, 2016, around 20:50, the passenger car B sm518, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the area D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, was operated to E by employees.

B. On April 3, 2016, around 22:20 Lone Star Co., Ltd., who was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads prior to the fixed distance of watch at Sejong-si, Suwon-si.

3. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation;

A. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:30, operated the said C Costex, which did not purchase mandatory insurance in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si F.

B. On May 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 13:10 on May 6, 2016, operated the said Cone Star Co., Ltd. which did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy on the front road G in Suwon-gu G.

On May 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:10 on May 5, 2016, operated the said C Costaex, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, to I, for employees.

D. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:15, operated the said C Costex to employees I, who did not subscribe to mandatory insurance in front of the J in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
