Defendant

Defendant A and Defendant B are married couple, and the Defendants are joint owners who operated the sexual traffic business with the trade name “F” on the second floor of the building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

1. From May 19, 2016 to September 16:05, the Defendants, at the same time, prepared seven smuggling, one toilet, and one employee waiting room in the above place from May 19, 2016, and carried the sex purchasing 80,000 won at the above place into the smuggling, and had the female sexual traffic female, who was employed, undergo the sexual traffic, undergo the sexual intercourse by bringing the female sexual intercourse into the smuggling with 80,000 won at the expense of the sex purchasing 80,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to operate a similar sexual act business in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
