1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,00,00,00, and Defendant B and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, B, and D’s joint criminal conduct is the couple and couple, and Defendant A operated the said sexual traffic business establishment by having the male grandchildren pay the sexual traffic to the women waiting in the vicinity of the said female, and having them carry out the said sexual traffic. Defendant B, from February 22, 2016, worked as the said female employees and provided guidance to the said female descendants and women’s sexual traffic as the said female employees and delivered them to the Defendant A, a business owner, by receiving the payment of the sexual traffic from the said female customers.

At around 02:20 on February 25, 2016, the Defendants received 60,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from F as the customer in the above inn, and caused G, a female sexual traffic, to do sexual intercourse. From June 26, 2015 to February 25, 2016, the Defendants received 50,000 won to 60,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from many unspecified male descendants in the above sexual traffic business establishment from June 26, 2015.

As a result, Defendant A conspired with D to act as an intermediary for commercial sex acts from June 26, 2015 to February 21, 2016, and the Defendants conspired with D to act as an intermediary for commercial sex acts from February 22, 2016 to February 25, 2016.

2. No person who commits a joint principal offense between a defendant A and D shall engage in physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to a smuggling part, etc., or commit any act falling under the business of providing services which are likely to commit any act similar thereto, in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.

Defendant

A in collusion with H on June 26, 2015, from around February 21, 2016 to around February 21, 2016, operated the said commercial sex acts establishments in thens described in the above paragraph (1) located in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located in Daegu Dong-gu.
