Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has seven rooms under the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment of "C".

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) at around November 23, 2013:17: (a) paid 39,000 won for sexual traffic from DNA to E who is an employee of sexual traffic employed by the Defendant; and (b) had E, who is an employee of sexual traffic, do the act of sexual intercourse, such as inducing the sexual organ of D by hand and his/her wound; and (c) from October 23, 2013 to October 14, 2005, and from February 24, 2014 to February 20:30, 2014, the Defendant found the above establishment by having the employee of sexual traffic, etc. do the said act of sexual intercourse by having the employee of sexual traffic, who is an employee of sexual traffic, receive 35,00 through 39,000 won from the female customers.

Accordingly, the defendant acted as a broker for sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall perform any act or install any facilities falling under any business place which is likely to cause acts of sexual intercourse or similarity in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone;

Although the location of the above business establishment falls under school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone with the distance of 117 meters in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the defendant operated commercial sex acts and arranged commercial sex acts by operating commercial sex acts at the same time and place as the above at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, thereby doing acts and facilities that are likely to cause sexual acts or similarity.
